Kaleideskop is a brain child of its founder and General Manager Karsten Pillukeit. He holds a business degree from the University of Paderborn and a MBA from the University of Kansas. Subsequently he worked 16 years as an Internal Consultant and Senior Executive on Sales-, Marketing- and General Management positions on assignments in Denmark, Germany, Eastern Europe and Turkey. He has led cross-cultural teams on Strategic, Marketing and IT issues and has acted as Trainer and key note speaker on communication, sales management and Turkish marketing topics, e.g. for Grundfos, Mercury Urval, at Istanbul Technical University, Danish Trade commission and Investment Support and Promotion Agency of Turkey. In his function as General Manager for Grundfos Turkey, he has initiated several Corporate Social Responsibility projects, beyond others the award winning Müzebüs project in cooperation with the Rahmi M. Koç Museum.

Başak Ağbaş Pillukeit is the co-founder of Kaleideskop. She holds a degree in food engineering from Hacettepe University and has subsequently worked in engineering, sales- project- and office management functions for American, Turkish and Danish companies in the security, construction and HVAC sectors. She gained wide experience on issues of investment good sales, customer organizations and international project sales.
