Our governing paradigm for teaching is involved experimental learning – i.e. we prefer to teach small groups in an informal relaxed atmosphere in locations outside the normal working environment, where participants can free there mind to explore under guided conditions new concepts and behaviours relevant for their work often in unconventional or playful form.
Experimental learning activities are most suitable for a custom-tailored format, however we have developed certain signature events for Kaleideskop , which are with small variations adaptable to many company situation.
